DECLARING CERTAIN PARCELS OF RECLAIMED LAND AS ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE AND TO BE DISPOSED OF IN FAVOR OF THE PHILIPPINE RECLAMATION AUTHORITY

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department ot Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in ma by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of tne Philippines, GO Persby decare certain parcels of reclaimed land as allanatie and disposable and ta be disnased of in favor of the Philippine Reclamation Authiarity (PRA) situated in the City of Bacolod, Province of Negroes Gecidental, Island of Visayas and more particulariy cescribed as.follows:

The Secretary of Environment end Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue Special Patent in favor of the Phillapine Reclamatian Authority.
