BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1203

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED AT SM CENTRAL BUSINESS PARK 1-A, MALL OF ASIA COMPLEX, PASAY CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), Il, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a parcel of land, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 04-295 (s. 2004) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Park, to be known as the SM iCity 3, located at SM Central Business Park 1-A, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, with an area of Fifty Thousand Seventy-Seven (50,077) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 14-E of the subdivision plan, Psd-00-051860, being a portion of Lot 14, Pcs-00-006937, LRC Record No.), situated in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SW., along lines 1 to 5 by Road Lot 14-F (24.00 m. wide), of the subdivision plan; on the W., NW., and NE., along lines 5 to 24 by Road Lot 5 (35.00 m. wide); on the NE., along lines 24 to 25 by Road Lot 4 (5.00 m. wide), Pcs-00-006937; and on the E., SE., S., along lines 25 to 29 and 29 to 1 by Road Lot 14-F (24.00 m. wide) of the subdivision plan.
