BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1206

DECLARING FRIDAY, 5 FEBRUARY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BINAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on Friday, 5 February 2016, the City of Bifan, Laguna marks the celebration of its 71°! Liberation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bifian, Laguna, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby deciare Friday, 5 February 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Bihan, Province of Laguna.
