BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1207

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG

WHEREAS, the City of Laoag marks the celebration of the Pamulinawen Festival and the “Laoag City Day’ on Wednesday, 10 February 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Wednesday, 10 February 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag.
