PROCLAMATION NO. 1207

DECLARING MONDAY, 20 APRIL 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac will mark the celebration of its 28° Charter Anniversary on 19 April 2026, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tarlac to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 20 April 2026, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 19 April 2026;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 20 April 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac.
