DECLARING THURSDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TALISAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

&

WHEREAS, Thursday, 11 February 2016, marks the 16" Charter Anniversary of the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 11 February 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental.
