BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1209
DECLARING THURSDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA
WHEREAS, on Thursday, 11 February 2016, the City of Iriga marks the celebration of the Tinagba Festival, an ancient Bicolano First-Harvest Offering;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 11 February 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of lriga.
