BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 121

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 16 January 2023, Monday, the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of the 28" Coconut Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 76 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna.
