DECLARING TUESDAY, JANUARY 16, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN BATANGAS CITY

WHEREAS, the City of Batangas celebrates its city flesta in honor of its patron saint, Sto. Nifo on Tuesday, January 16, 2007;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of

Batangas. be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby

declare Tuesday, January 16, 2007, as special (non-working) day in Batangas City.
