PROCLAMATION NO. 1214

DECLARING TUESDAY, 19 MAY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN

WHEREAS, on 19 May 2026, Tuesday, the City of Butuan will mark the celebration of the Balangay Festival:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare 19 May 2026, Tuesday, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Butuan.
