DECLARING SATURDAY, JANUARY 20, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, Saturday, January 20, 2007, marks the 5” MALATARLAK FESTIVAL of the City of Tarlac that will showcase their City's unique beauty and splendor; .

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of

Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLOREA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby

declare Saturday, January 20, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac,

IN WITNESS WHEREGF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed, .
