BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1217

DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 22, 2007 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN PAGADTIAN CITY

WHEREAS, the City of Pagadian celebrates its annual fiesta on Monday, January 22, 2007 dubbed as the “Pasa/amat Festival 2007%

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL—ARROYO, do hereby declare: Monday, January 22, 2007, as special (non-working) day in Pagadian City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
