CREATING AND DESIGNATING AN EXISTING BUILDING, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SDC IT BUILDING, WHICH WAS ESTABLISHED ON TWO LOTS LOCATED AT DR. A. SANTOS AVENUE CORNER SOREENA AVENUE, PARANAQUE CITY AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
