PROCLAMATION NO. 1219

DECLARING TUESDAY, 21 SEPTEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MATEO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 21 September 2021, Tuesday, the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of its 449° Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Mateo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 21 September 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal.
