BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 122

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of its annual fiesta dubbed as the Pasalamat Festival 2023 from 06- 16 January 2023;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Pagadian to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 16 January 2023, Monday, be declared a special (non-working) day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 16 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
