PROCLAMATION NO. 1221 DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 22, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- .WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAQ WHEREAS, the Province of Cagayan celebrates the St. Paul University PhiliR'pines Week on January 20-26, 2007; '. \l\fHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Tuguegarao City, Province of Cagayan requested that Monday, January 22, 2007, be declared a non-working holiday; WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
