MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 12 21 DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 FEBRUARY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON­ WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAGO WHEREAS, on Friday, 19 February 2016, the City of Bago marks the celebration of its 50th Charter Day and 18th Babaylan Festival; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bago be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 19 February 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Bago.
