PROCLAMATION NO. 1221

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IROSIN, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON

WHEREAS, on 29 September 2021, Wednesday, the Municipality of Irosin, Province of Sorsogon, will mark the celebration of the Paray Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of lrosin be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 29 September 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of lrosin, Province of Sorsogon.
