DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 2 MARCH 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LA UNION
WHEREAS, Wednesday, 2 March 2016, marks the celebration of the 166" Foundation Anniversary of the Province of La Union;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of La Union be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Wednesday, 2 March 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of La Union.
