DECLARING TUESDAY, 8 MARCH 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY
WHEREAS, Tuesday, 8 March 2016, marks the 18 Foundation Anniversary and the 9" Bulawan Festival of the Province of Compostela
Valley;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, !, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 8 March 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Compostela Valley.
