PROCLAMATION NO. 1224

DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 JULY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 23 July 2026, Thursday, the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental will mark the celebration of its 66"" Charter Day/47" Kaliga Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 23 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog.
