MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1225 DECLARING TUESDAY, 05 MAY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTIAGO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA WHEREAS, on 05 May 2026, Tuesday, the City of Santiago, Province of lsabela will mark the celebration of its Cityhood Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santiago be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 05 May 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santiago, Province of lsabela.
