DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2007 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CANDELARIA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON WHEREAS, Friday, February 2, 2007 marks the observance of the 3°

Candie Festival In celebration of the feast of Our Lady of Candelaria;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Candeléria, Province of Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R, ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, co hereby

declare Friday, February 2, 2007 as special (non-working) day in the Municipatity of Candelaria, Province of Quezon.
