MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 12 2 7 DECLARING FRIDAY, 08 MAY 2026 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR WHEREAS, on 08 May 2026, Friday; the Municipality of Bayog, Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of its 59th Founding Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bayog be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R.
