BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1228

DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 OCTOBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALLACAPAN, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on 15 October 2021, Friday, the Municipality of Allacapan, Province of Cagayan, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Allacapan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 15 October 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Allacapan, Province of Cagayan.
