DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 27, 2007, marks the 68" Foundation Day anniversary of the City of General Santos and Kalilangan Festival 2007;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate the eccasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R, ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 27, 2007, a5 special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos,
