BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO1231

DECLARING TUESDAY, 22 MARCH 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 22 March 2016, the Province of Cavite marks the celebration of the birth anniversary of General Emilio Aguinaldo, the first President of the Republic of the Philippines;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cavite be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion

with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 22 March 2016, as a special (non-working) day in

the Province of Cavite.
