DECLARING MONDAY, 14 MARCH 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PASSI, PROVINCE OF ILOILO

WHEREAS, Monday,

or 14 March 2016, marks the Foundation Day of the City of Passi, lloilo:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of

Passi, lloilo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 14 March 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Passi, Province of Iloilo.
