PROCLAMATION NO. 1233 ; DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARANAQUE WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 13, 2007, marks the foundation day anniversary of the City of Paranaque; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of paranaque be given full opportunity to celebrate' the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. .NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
