BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1233

DECLARING THURSDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, on 04 November 2021, Thursday, the Province of Quezon will mark the death anniversary of its local hero Apolinario dela Cruz, also known as Hermano Puli, and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 04 November 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Quezon.
