MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 12 3 3 DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 MAY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GIGMOTO, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES WHEREAS, on 15 May 2026, Friday, the Municipality of Gigmoto, Province of Catanduanes will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gigmoto be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 15 May 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gigmoto, Province of Catanduanes.
