DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2007, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 14, 2007, marks the S$" Charter Day anniversary of the City of Valenzuela;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valenzuela be giver full opportunity ta celebrate the occasion with apprepriate ceremonies:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority af Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYOQ, du hereby

declare Wednesday, February 14, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela,
