BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1235

DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 MARCH 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONGABONG, ORIENTAL MINDORO ~

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro marks the celebration of the “Sulyog Festival” on March 17 — 19, 2016;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro, to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Friday, 18 March 2016, be declared as a special (non-working) day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro ke given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with apprgpriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 18 March 2016, as a special. bapa yorking) day in the Municipality of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro.
