BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1235

DECLARING MONDAY, 06 DECEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECHA

WHEREAS, the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija, will mark the celebration of its 56" Founding Anniversary on 05 December 2021;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Palayan to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 06 December 2021, Monday, be declared a special (non-working) day in lieu of 05 December 2021, which falls on a Sunday; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Monday, 06 December 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija.
