RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN PGRLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF KIBUNGAN, PROVINCE OF

BENGUET, ISLAND OF LUZON FOR SCHQOL SITE PURPOSES oF KIBUNGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resciirces and by the virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORTA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, salé, disposition or settiarnent and teserved for schaol site purpeses of Kibungan National High School under the administration of the Department of Education, a certs) parcel of land of the public domain containing an area of SIX THOUSAND FIVE AUNPRED SIXTY TWO (6,562) SQUARE METERS, more or less, situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Kibungan, Province of Benguet, Istand of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, which pares! of land is now particularly described as follows:
