BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1237

DECLARING TUESDAY, 09 NOVEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR

WHEREAS, on 09 November 2021, Tuesday, the Province of Eastern Samar will mark the celebration of its 56° Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Eastern Samar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 09 November 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Eastern Samar.
