BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1238

DECLARING MONDAY, 4 APRIL 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ANTIPOLO

WHEREAS, the City of Antipolo marks the celebration of its 18" cityhood - anniversary on Monday, 4 April 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Antipolo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 4 April 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Antipolo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
