Proclamation No. 124

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF MARAMAG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion, municipal district of Maramag, Province of Bukidnon, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14725, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14725, S. 10˚ 27’ E. 139.30 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Maramag, thence S. 14˚ 39’ E. 356.16 m. to point 2; S. 58˚ 59’ W. 745.75 m. to point 3; N. 37˚ 54’ W. 36.24 m. to point 4; N. 3˚ 41’ W.283.32 m. to point 5; N. 72˚ 11’ E. 218.46 m. to point 6; N. 6˚ 02’ E. 257.64 m. to point 7; N. 72˚ 35’ E. 51.10 m. to point 8; N. 76˚ 36’ E. 29.97 m. to point 9; N. 74˚ 33’ E. 38.74 m. to point 10; N. 77˚ 24’ E. 21.91 m. to point 11; N. 77˚ 32’ E. 41.89 m. to point 12; N. 74˚ 48’ E. 70.27 m. to point 13; N. 74˚ 58’ E. 77.56 m. to point 14; N. 74˚ 16’ E. 35.50 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 251,015 square meters.

Points 1, 2, and 3, B. L. cylindrical concrete monuments; points 4 and 6, stakes; point 5, cross on tree; points 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 B. L. stone monuments.

Bounded on the northeast, by provincial road; on the southeast, by public land; on the southwest and west, by Maramag River; and on the northwest, by Maramag River, properties of Pedro Lim, Mantakdong (Manubo), Luis Alowan, Agustin Ambaong; Cenon Paulican, Mansaliao (Manubo), Eugenio Lindongan, and the municipal government of Maramag.

Bearings true. Declination, 2˚ 18’ E.
