BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 124

DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, on 20 January 2023, Friday, the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac will mark the celebration of the 7" Kaisa Festival:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 20 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac.
