BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1240
DECLARING TUESDAY, 5 APRIL 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN
WHEREAS, Tuesday, 5 April 2016, marks the 436" Agew na Pangasinan”, the celebration of the Foundation Day of the Province of Pangasinan;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Pangasinan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 5 April 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Pangasinan.
