PROCLAMATION NO. 1241

DECLARING SATURDAY, 13 NOVEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DE ORO

WHEREAS, on 13 November 2021, Saturday, the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao de Oro, will mark the celebration of its 84° Founding Anniversary and the 19 PASAKA Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pantukan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 13 November 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao de Oro.
