DECLARING MONDAY, 25 APRIL 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ISABELA, PROVINCE OF BASILAN

WHEREAS, Monday, 25 April 2016, marks the celebration of the 15% Foundation Day of the City of Isabela, Basilan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Isabela, Basilan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare

Monday, 25 April 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Isabela, Basilan.
