BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1243

DECLARING MONDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 15 November 2021, Monday, the Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration of its 715* Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Oriental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 15 November 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.
