PROCLAMATION NO, 1244

DECLARING THURSDAY, MARCH 8, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Thursday, March 8, 2007, marks the g” Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Compostela Valley;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Compostela Valley be .given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. ;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, March 8, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Compostela Valley.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the ‘seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
