PROCLAMATION NO. 1246

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 21, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VICTORIAS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL .

WHEREAS, Wednesday, March 21, 2007, marks the 9° Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Victorias;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of

Victorias be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby

declare Wednesday, March 21, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of Victorias. - .
