BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1248

DECLARING SATURDAY, 7 MAY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, the-.City of San Pablo marks the celebration of its 7a Charter Day on Saturday, 7 May 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and ntbear that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Saturday, 7 May 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the<City of San Pablo.
