BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1248

DECLARING MONDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ITOGON, PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, on 22 November 2021, Monday, the Municipality of Itogon, Province of Benguet, will mark the celebration of its 1218t Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Itogon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 22 November 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Itogon, Province of Benguet.
