BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 125

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 25 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARIGARA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE

WHEREAS, on 25 January 2023, Wednesday, the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte will mark the celebration of its 4524 Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carigara be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, i, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 25 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte.
