BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES -PROCLAMATION NO. 1250

DECLARING TUESDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 23 November 2021, Tuesday, the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of the Higantes Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Angono be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 23 November 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal.
