BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1251

DECLARING MONDAY, 22 JUNE 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARCOS, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 22 June 2026, Monday, the Municipality of Marcos, Province of Ilocos Norte will mark the celebration of the Marcos Town Day:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Marcos be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 22 June 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Marcos, Province of Ilocos Norte.
